Refund & Return Policy
- If you're not contented with your purchase or have received a damaged product-please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the order (along with a photograph of the damaged product.)
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.
- No exchanges or refunds allowed in case of minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
- If you have any concerns about your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
